On my Mission, there were many times i felt Christ speaking through me. It was wonderful

I know this is true! As a young full time sister missionary, I felt that mantle placed on my shoulders when I was set apart. Later, after serving for a number of years as a service missionary, I know the Lord does not let his missionaries down! His power is real and I’m so thankful for the priesthood 🙏🏼🌟

I did not go on a mission, but every time I give a Family Home Evening lesson, I feel power and wisdom beyond myself to say things that will enter the hearts of my children,

I recently met a young girl days off her mission and God overwhelmed me with the knowledge that she was his servant. I have watched her change many lives in the month she’s been home, including my own. I believe that when they were inspired to lower the age to go on a mission it was partially because these young sisters are such powerful instruments in his hands. I have seen miracles result.

I know we have access to priesthood power through our temple covenants and by calling in the name of Christ. I had typed out my whole experience and it seemed to sacred to press enter sufficient to say I have called upon that power in lonely, tearful, desperate need and have received a miracle.

Parker has such a beautiful testimony 🙏💥🙏💥.
I have never wanted the priesthood for myself as far as the laying on of hands to give priesthood blessings. It's such an honor for a man to bless his family that way and I believe it unites couples and families. I love that I can look to my husband, son, brother or father to use that gift to comfort, bless and guide myself and family. It's not only a privilege to but a blessing

As an endowed member I can speak with authority. The Spirit gives us that ability. I have exercised priesthood authority for many years. Not to boast, but to share as truth. I have used that authority to bless my family.

Gods spirit showed me in a vision, that the Sister and Elder Missionaries are his servants. This I know because I recognized and remembered his spirit. Which was astonishing to me because I had never been religious or known God at any point along the course of my life. Yet I remembered him. This also confounded me because I didn't understand how I could have forgotten God in the first place. I reason from this that the whole world has forgotten God. Otherwise it wouldn't be filled with so much nonsense and competing dogma. The Missionaries are involved in his holy work.

Yes they are young and inexperienced. Yes they are not PHD's or biblical scholars. But they are Gods servants nonetheless. He uses the weak to seek out the sincere from among the world and gather his people. And the world is blind to it. BTW, I love David's conversion. He is fearless and unashamed of the truth.

President Nelson's talk, Spiritual Treasure is a must read for all woman. The truths that are told are magnificant. When the talk came out, there was not alot of information on the church's website and now there is more. However, when you do what he instructs you to do, the holy spirit teaches you. Incrediable. By the same token, Price of Priesthood Power is a must read for all Priesthood barriers in the church. You have to ask yourself what is the price of such priesthood

Well done Parker. I hope the community you're building is beginning to be what you hoped it would be.

Also, think of the temple. Who provides ordinances of washing and anointing for women? That’s right, other women. You need Priesthood Authority to perform ordinances! I believe women do have priesthood authority, but it’s just different roles.

Men are called as Bishops, the Bishop’s wife is called the “mother of the ward” that’s a priesthood calling if you ask me.

The wives of the Prophets in the scriptures are called “Prophetess” that’s very clear. How many times has Russel M. Nelson’s wife given talks with the Prophet? She functions as the Prophetess.

so why not just ordain the women and girls to priesthood offices then? why can't a 12 year old girl pass the sacrament trays like her 12 year old twin brother would?

My experience as a member of the LDS church for decades is that women have no power or priesthood keys. This discussion makes me laugh. Women are placated at best. They can never be in any position over a man. Eternal polygamy is still cannonized scripture! I would encourage everyone to read D&C 132 in its entirety and tell me women are not being gaslit in this discussion.
