This man is a legend, I can actually play my favourite games without them stretching. It was a different setting I had to do but he got me most of the way there. Win11, RTX 3060Ti for anyone curious about the difference. Its the "Adjust desktop size and position" tab, change performance scaling to gpu, then clicking override for games just below

thanks, for me I needed to disable Nvidia Image Scaling. I don't use it much until realeased so far. For me was a good trade.
