For this woman to define DEI as “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion”, is the EXACT same reason why it shouldn’t exist. She can’t even give the actual definition…that tells me she was definitely hired as a reporter that way. The LAST thing in the world I’d ever want for myself is for someone to hire me, solely based on the color of my skin. That would be a total embarrassment to me and there is no way I’d expect to receive an ounce of respect from my fellow team members.
