Had the same issue but I fasted 24 hrs straight for every 15 days and came out of it without a problem now. So initially it was a challenge as I used to break my fast by half day, then 3/4th day and my progress kept me motivated and finally I got it as a natural habit. This helped me to get back to my Life ❤

i have no guilt ifind losing weight very annoying if you have BED and huge appetiute and no off switch until youve eaten 6000 calories because of stress the main issue is when you include alcohol fast way to die prematurely but its definitley a compulsive tendency

I am not sure what i have, but im scared to eat or even continue.... Nobody believes me when i say i have eating problems only because im not fat and i don't make myself sick.... Im actually starting to get worried because when i last checked my weight -just over a year ago- it was 48.76kg and now i think it is 31.03 kg- i checked it a month ago. Im sorry if no one is interested i just needed to tell someone 😢
