As a patient, how can I ensure that my office *cares* about my claims? I’ve jumped around many offices for this reason. I feel like all of my claims get delayed because of little mistakes that I can’t fix (I.e. x-ray attachments were corrupted, incorrect codes, etc.). I put my trust in them to do it right but I end up fronting bills in the end because the claims process drags on for months and I’m worried I’ll get sent to collections. Why does it seem like EVERY office can’t do their job right?!
