How to get into the Freedom armoury in STALKER OGSR without killing -- Bring crossbow to Plichko

I had 5 hours (ingame) to manage some stuff with Duty, or else they kick me out from their base for good, so I urgently needed to get access to a crossbow for the Duty base guard from the Freedom base armoury, or else he wouldn't let me in, and I could not talk with Voronin to clean my name.

So in case you need the solution, here it is. It was more simple than I anticipated.

what? I thought these guys were immovable, usually I just crouch jumped over his head using some armor as a boost or dropped a gas tank near him and shot it, since the game doesn't think it's my fault, it thinks it's the no longer existing gas tank that's the culprit, this works with anything that explodes that can be dropped or just found outside your inventory (red barrels, for example)

You can just walk around him in Oblivion Lost. In 'nilla ShoC, it's a pain, because you have to push furniture up next to the guy so you can jump over him. I managed to do it once and it was a chore. There's at least one piece of furniture on the other side, but I couldn't jump over him the other way, so I knifed him in the back of the head and Freedom didn't care.
