How to create an Association (Organisation) in less than 3 minutes

Many youths are not aware of the fact that with a brilliant idea, a couple of people who adhere to the idea and with just a minimal sum of 2500 FCFA, they can create and legalise an association in Cameroon. Though associations are freely formed, their object and activities must be vested with a legal status.
