Can you give an idea of what you charge for help setting up a PMA?

Our PMA was established in March with our founding documents and EIN. However still do not have a bank account because all the banks and credit unions are requiring a state article of organization. We do not have that because doing that seems public. Is this correct? I don’t need to register with the state as a business right? And how can we obtain a bank account without one? Thanks!
