i like kia and hyundai warranty. but i hear it only carries over to only a 2nd owner only. 3rd owner will have Zero warranty is that true?

i have just bought one TODAY [uk] not happy with the dealers crap customer service [carnt mention them due to the threat of litigation !] but i love the car i dont like the fact that i have been lied to about parts that should have been replaced and a so-called service [its not had a service my son is a mechanic ] the pollen filter was jet black with flys/leaves and general crap all over it ] the oil is dirty [i know diesel are a dirty engine but this has not been driven more than 5 miles .my son is going to give the car a full health check and reservice it as he doesn't want his disableds dad ripped off .i just carnt believe that in 2019 garages are still doing the bare minimum just to get the vehicles out on the road it a shocking practice , ,then if the customer says anything the dealer will say well its got a 9 months MOT but an MOT doesn't mean the car is roadworthy it even say it on the MOT ! a wast of time or what !! so the car is going to cost me at least £400 to get it 100% the car had covered 43000 miles its 3.5 years old it passed an MOT [i have know idea how ! ] and its a top specification 15 plate vehicle it look lovely inside and out but i have a feeling the engine have definitley not been taken care of ..end of rant !!
