How to FIX Bootrec /Fixboot Access is Denied in Windows 10

In this video we'll take a look at how to fix the access is denied message, which you get when you type in bootrec /fixboot in command prompt. You'll normally encounter this error when trying to solve any startup problem and this is mainly due to issues with the disk partition, Boot Configuration Data or the boot manager.

The /nt60 part applies the master boot code that is compatible with Bootmgr to SYS, ALL, or a particular drive letter.

The ALL updates the master boot code on all partitions. The ALL option does not necessarily update the boot code for each volume. Instead, this option updates the boot code on volumes that can be used as Windows boot volumes, which excludes any dynamic volumes that are not connected with an underlying disk partition.

Actually some methods are just not working, the most effective way is to create the bootable disk and repair with Ao mei disk tool.

Hi it's take 2 days to get here .fitst with problems with WiFi to then mistakenly changing DHCP and getting the blue screen . Luckily i can bypass logging in with no internet by pressing shift with restart on the power button . But let me tell you how i got here . couldn't connect to internet so went to troubleshooter and tried the repair fix. Badically searched every error message or access denied on my browser but YouTube is quicker . Thanks to you this command worked successfully. One step at a time

It allowed me to access the hard drive however it is booting from the USB with the user access from their. Is there a simple way to transfer that boot record to the C: drive?
