- Baking Powder (¼ tsp)
- Baking Soda (½ tsp)
- Salt (¼ tsp)
- Unsalted Butter (10 tbsp softened)
- Cane Sugar (120g)
- Brown Sugar (50g)
- Egg (1 room temp)
- Vanilla Extract (2 tsp)
- Sprinkles (tt)

- Mochiko (½ cup)
- Cane Sugar (2 ½ tbsp))
- Water (½ cup)
- Red and/or Green Food Coloring (2 drops optional)
