god this is a straight up masterpiece. the cuts been them and carisi preparing court.

the scenes you picked to match the lyrics were so so perfect. the “hit the ground running” lyric with carisi asking to shadow barba. “never leaving well enough alone” with them fighting. “having adventures on your own” with them talking outside of the courthouse bc carisi is a baby lawyer on his own. “you meet some woman on the internet” over amanda. “would everything be different” with the cut between the desk layout being on opposite sides. “chosen family” over the shot of the squad at the bar.

all i have to say is wow

'the greatest films of all time were never made' is the perfect reference to the 'what could have been?' of the Barisi relationship.

I've been saving this for months, and finally watched it. The notes of chosen family and wistful could-have-beens are so beautifully bittersweet considering how the show treated them. Our justice boys deserve justice of their own.

I let out a long sigh after finishing the video. They break my heart.

Barba was the best addition to this show.
And they've written him off, ,, the worse way ever.. to give more room to the brutal cop ever, Stabler.
Now I realize Carisi has no chemistry with any body.
And Rollins is off the show.
"They" want to introduce new faces and it takes time to be interested in their stories. Life goes on, show must go on.
But some older character are still missing : Munch had a full story behind. Same about Cragen. And every body in the squadroom knew that they had stories in their passed life.
(Munch : 4 mariages, life on the streets and conspiracy on the top.
Same with Fin, UC, narcotics, an ex wife and a son... and great punchlines.
I can't imagine a newbie speaking like Fin does ("now you'r all my b**s").
