I was installing mx linux on my usb when i was trying to install my partion where failing everytime even tho i tried mannual partioning so what i should i do to make it possible?

Never used until today and it was super simple. I needed to format a flash drive so my daughter could use it for school this year. I was able to format it with NTFS a Windows file system, so it won’t be an issue for their school computers

Thanks for the video, i bought a couple of drives to save some data on, they were split into 2 parts and would only let me access 2tb on each, using your video i was able to run gparted that i had mounted as an iso on a dvd and then booted to. I deleted the partitions, so its just one big drive at 4tb, then created a partition table, then created a new ntfs partition, its been ages since i did this so your walk through was very helpful :) 😀
