But, for now, let’s talk about why your ex blocked you… and what to do about it.

Now, there’s a few reasons WHY your ex may have blocked you after breaking up. Let’s start with most obvious one first:

Reason #1: You did something that made your ex very, very angry at you.
I don’t think this one should come as a shock, but let me spell it out anyway: if you did or said something to your ex before breaking up, or in the immediate aftermath of your breakup, that made your ex very angry or upset… then that’s probably why they blocked you! For example, I often work with clients who cheated on their ex, and in that kind of situation it shouldn’t be surprising that they’ve decided to block you. This may or may not be something you can overcome, but I’ll talk about what you should do in this kind of situation in a minute.

Believe me, it's a blessing in disguise. It helps you take your mind off your ex and move on 100% and if you don't react in any way to this trap and play it cool, living your best life in the meantime, your ex will begin missing you and refollow you after a while on their own, stalking you on social media, basically begging for a follow-back. Only then you will be in a better position to reevaluate their value in your life. At least that's what happened to me ;)

It sucks when your partner struggles to trust you on a yearly basis, and accuses you of cheating on them frequently, even though you would never do something like that to them, yet because they were so burned in the past, they have such a hard time trusting you.

THEY WILL UNBLOCK YOU EVENTUALLY!
They won't block you forever unless you did something really terrible that will make them determined to not speak to you ever again.

Hey Brad. Im having some trouble keeping some sense of hope because of quarantine. We broke up during quarantine and I panicked and I broke the no contact rule. The issue is that we are highschool students reaching our senior year so we are busy focusing on our future. She said she doesn't plan on being in another relationship until college but is it possible I could still win her back? I took your quiz and I got "fading fast." I'm barely a week into the no contact rule but is it too late? She said shes moving on and not trying to be my gf again.

Very good advice.. your video's help me so much especially with healing and the relationship and how I was moving forward in the relationship and I would always take your advice and we would always get back together!! But I realize alot I was dealing with a Narcissist all that time..I got my self out off that relationship the make up and break up cycle the blocking and un blocking had a control over me.. it was damaging to me!! Hey Brad!!! I love your videos because they're really helpful! Me and my ex broke up 2 weeks ago and I'm still on NC right now. I have been posting my stories as a usually post maybe even a little extra. He has been watching my stories so often almost immediately watches them! He just unfollowed me after watching my last few stories and I'm not sure if i should do anything about it?
