Chat 4 has bigger token size meaning it can take larger prompts so it requires more time to process..

It responds slower than gpt 3 but it lot more precise and structured response

I think this short was from a long time ago. Now gpt 4 with vision I can upload a a picture of a peripheral blood smear. Gpt 4 can detect rouleaux formation. Give possible diagnosis and then Recommend further laboratory tests.

2. Faster means the first word response time, not the essay writing speed. Sometimes it sleeps but it wont be lost.
