How does the Secret API key work? Are they unlimited when you are a Plus user? Or when an application uses your API key, it counts towards your 40 requests/3-hours (previously 30 request/hour)?

And there is no distinction on the type of request, correct? A prompt that requires analyzing an image is the same as asking it a yes/no question?

I have some pdf scans, that I'd like to try Chat-GPT4 Vision on to see if it can OCR the tables and export to a csv. Seems I should go with the Assistant API pricing

Speaking of DALL-E, instead of copying the prompt and then modifying it, you can "Edit" the image by selecting part of the image and prompt that part directly.
