Getting V3:

Getting the third and final version of your race proves to be much more difficult (you need to have V2 of your current race and have already completed the Flamingo Quest.)Then, you need to have B$2, 000, 000 (If you don't have enough, Arowe will say, “You are lacking something important.”). Afterwards, you need to go to the Flower Plains (where the boss Diamond is located) and head to a secret entrance that leads to Arowe. Now, you can get the quest that evolves your race to V3!

The quests for getting the V3 of each race is as follows, alongside additional tips:
Human - Kill the first 3 Bosses (Diamond, Jeremy, and Fajita).
Fishman - Kill a Sea Beast (You must get Fragments from the Sea Beast, meaning you have to do enough damage to get rewards. It cannot be a Sea Beast summoned by a 10M bounty player or a Sea Beast summoned by the Tide Keeper boss.)
Skypian - Kill a player that also has the Skypian race. (One of the hardest because chasing after a Skypian is difficult, assuming they aren’t giving you a free kill but also one of the easiest cause you can just ask a friend with Skypian to help).
Mink- Collect 30 Treasure Chests. (Takes some time, but is one of the easiest because Chests are located all over the map.)
Ghoul - Kill 5 players. (Effortless for skilled bounty hunters, but the hardest of the V3 Quests for the average player. However, you can use the same player for the 5 kills).
Cyborg - Give a physical Devil Fruit to Arowe. (The easiest quest, as you can just buy a random physical Devil Fruit from the Blox Fruit Cousin if you're not on cooldown, find one, or do Factory)
IMPORTANT NOTE : Your quest won't be saved upon leaving the game, but if you die, your progress will be saved.

Tip: In newer versions, if u want to check the island use fast mode because the island is way too dark to find the hole in the roof.
