Was turned onto this by a guitarist saying that there are no guitarists of her level of virtuosity because we still need generations of teachers refining the pedagogy the way they did for piano and violin. I can't confirm, but I certainly can't argue.

The Cziffra version is so, so, much, much harder then the Rach version.
Respect. I can play the Rach version with practice.
This, i could most probably never play that. Even if i grew to 200 years old ;)
I believe this version, played adequately, is restricted to professional pianists with enough talent (few there seem to be up the challenge). Along with a lot of Cziffras other works.
