This is the only time in history where war can be seen from both perspectives and the soldiers fight because they are forced and not because they want to "Defeat the enemy" and its the leaders just throwing young innocent men to fight their battles. These soldiers are humans with hopes and dreams and they want to live a life of peace and happiness and not throwing their future away for a corrupt leader.

I am a father and I really feel the great pain of the mother for the misery of her son. Salute to the Ukranian soldiers treating the POWs well with compassion. I hope Russian soldiers do the same. I greatly hope this war now stops. In war no one is a winner. Everyone loses in one way or another.

What a difference in technology.... During WW1 & WW2 soldiers communicated with loved ones via mail. Vietnam was through radio cassette recordings and Today is through cellular and face time
