This helped me the unexpected way, I had an unresponsive mouse scroll, for example I would scroll down for ages just to go to a YouTube comment section, but I set that from 3 to 1 and it got fixed!

See I'm having issues with my mouse scroll wheel, it works if I click down on it then scroll but won't recognize I'm scrolling if I don't click on it first meaning in games where I need to scroll camera in and out it doesn't work. I'm guessing something broke as this tutorial didn't solve my issue. Any other methods besides cleaning out dust, the mouse settings and trying a different USB port
