I have young nephews. They do not look like that. Not even a baby looks like that. People don't start life with their face sunken into their cheeks. And then the second illustration has very minor changes but somehow doesn't look like a child to their standards? There are anime where every character, including grandparents, have a facial structure like that.

This person legitimately needs psychiatric help if they see an anime-style drawing and think about real children instead of anime.
