Im sure your refering to people from couch to 5k. Nah in my case im just switching sports and thats it. Btw there are sports that requires a lot of running aside from the sport itself. Thats why im used to 5k up to 10k pace or sprinting but not the half and full marathon just a heads up.

Hey Steve, thanks for the video! For a marathon event what shoe would you recommend for someone who trains up to 16k in vivobarefoot shoes and is used to barefoot shoes. I heard Altras would be a good match, just don’t know which model might be the most suited for race day. What do you think? The goal being performance, I’d be aiming for a 3.30 time. Thanks!
