I performed these exercises 3 months prior to my left knee replacement on February 7, 2024. Two days later I started my PT. My therapists were amazed at how well I could bend my new surgical knee. My degree of measurement was already at 120 degrees. I was at 139 degrees of movement at 3 weeks which normally takes around 6 weeks to reach that point. I cannot thank Mike enough because I firmly believe doing these exercises every day and having a great surgeon allowed me to have an excellent knee replacement outcome. I was driving at 2 weeks and I have no knee limitations .Thank you!

I'm 82 yrs. old and have been doing your pre-surgery knee replacement exercises, 3 times a day since mid-December 2023, in preparation for my knee replacement on March 8, 2024. What I like most about your technique is that you do the exercises along with the participant, you look strait into the camera leading the participant feeling that you are looking specifically at them and you offer words of encouragement, just like a live physiotherapist would do. And you explain things all throughout the session. I live in Victoria, British Columbia, and I noticed that our ReBalance Orthopaedic website have posted your photo on their website that specifically advertises pre-knee replacement exercises. I've tried a few of your other exercises for seniors that target other parts of the body, and although they are a little too difficult for me at this time, I most certainly plan to do them regularly when I have recuperated from my surgery. I believe you have a special place in your heart for seniors, and I think you are the greatest.

I did these exercises for a month before my first knee replacement. By doing so, I was in excellent shape for my rehab after my surgery. Today I began them again to prepare for my second knee replacement, which is in May. Thank you so much!

Hey Everyone, these are exercises to do for strengthening the knees in general also. If you get pain when doing the exercises, follow the tips at the beginning of the video, and gradually build up the amount of exercise you’re doing (both the number of exercises and the repetitions). - Mike

Hello Mike, although I am not having surgery on me knees I've got severe arthrosis on both knees. These exercises are phenomenal! Thanks. What I am doing is one of your 30/35 minutes workouts one day and the next the knee strengthening ones. Thank you again!
