Very informative...

I was walking and running like hell and having pain in my left knee since last couple of months...and since then pain in my left doesn't go away...

Glade I have found this video and now I am doing it and getting my knee back to normal slowly and slowly..

I always went to school with my new bike without warming up and boy I was sprinting with it but after 15 days I payed for It, i couldn't walk for 3 days my right leg got injured but luckily today im cured so I learned the lesson and dont forget guys every day warm up!!

I've been going out to ride without a warmup and last week I couldn't pedal back home cuz of this deep outer knee pain. Got home back and did some static it band specific stretches and boom I was fine. Surely I was doing it wrong without a warmup and anyone watching this video don't take pre ride warmup lightly. There will be a day when getting back home will be like pedaling through hell. Thanks for this awesome short precise video.

Very nice warmups! They only take a few minutes and you don't have to get down on the floor. Started using the drills recently and feel much better when I get on my bike. Many thanks!
