Secret Service members are sworn LEO's, they have a duty to enforce the law if they see a crime . As for the stolen document boxes the Service wouldn't know what was in them nor should they, but they do have records of Ttumps movements & who he meets with & that should be available to Congress & the Justice department for oversight . Regardless, he is a convicted criminal & deserves to be punished to the max .
