These events are usually planned weeks/months ahead of time due to the logistics involved.
On one hand it sounds like the event was planned to held at the airport(reporter said "it was SUPPOSED to be held there) which implies it had been booked. But then they say, the airport couldn't do it because it was already booked. Confusing??? yes.
So they were FORCED to find this location...but I bet if reporters did their job and dug deep, you'll find out the airport location backed out of the booking. The Trump team would not plan on an event at a location unless they already had confirmation.
Another example of the facts being jumbled about to confuse everyone.

The Governor of PA did this to Trump in 2020’s campaign also! He was going to have a rally at Lehigh Valley Airport near Allentown and at the last minute the Governor blocked him from doing it! The Trump team was offered the use of a industrial park right near there. I flew in that day to work in that park and it looked like a state fair had occurred. Co-workers said about 30, 000 cars lined the road and the crowd was huge. So when the Governor gets up and says how terrible he feels about what happened, it’s just another lie!

The Secret Service needs to publish some basic facts immediately.
1. What are the 3, 200 agents' assignments? Keep the answer simple. For example, 3, 000 agents in administration, 100 agents on leave, 32 protect Obamas. 32 protect Trumps, 32 protect Bidens, 16 protect Harris, 42 assigned to NATO conference.
2. How many shots did the assassin fire, from where and exactly when? How many shots did Secret Service sharpshooter 1 fire, from where and exactly when? How many shots did Secret Service sharpshooter 2 fire, from where and exactly when? Account for every shot. Publish this simple information immediately before it starts to change.
