Megyn Kelly is joined by National Review's Rich Lowry and Batya Ungar-Sargon, author of "Second Class," to discuss Kamala's pick of MN Gov. Tim Walz as her VP, why she didn't pick PA Gov. Josh Shapiro, how Shapiro's Jewish heritage was a factor, the rumblings about Shapiro's political ambition, the controversy over Harris' VP pick Gov. Tim Walz's military record, why the issue could become a major factor in the 2024 election, JD Vance's military service, Walz' radical progressive policies, his lack of action during the Minneapolis BLM riots, his extreme support of COVID lockdowns, and more. Then Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, author of "Over Ruled," joins to discuss what he and his Supreme Court colleagues really talk about behind closed doors, the decorum and friendship they share, how modern law-making contradicts the founders' vision, specific ways too many laws make it harder for Americans to live their lives, some of the craziest overreaching laws in America, how important free speech is in America, the importance of disagreement and discussion, the increased rhetoric about the Supreme Court justices that led to protests outside his house, what he thought when he saw the assassination attempt of Trump, the importance of faith for him personally but not professionally, and more.

I live in MN, I see the media trying to speak into existence the idea that he will appeal to “rural Midwest voters”. He doesn’t even appeal to rural Minnesota voters. Just like any other state, the cities vote blue and the rural areas vote red. The difference in MN is that our population is less spread out and more concentrated around the cities so Reps haven’t been able to be as competitive here. But Tim Jong Walz being chosen for VP tells me that Dems really are worried about MN this time around. C’mon my fellow Minnesotans, you’ve still gotta get out there and vote, show them they were RIGHT to be worried about us!

From a life long Minnesota resident: it would be hard to find a worse person for Vice President than Tim Walz. Ugg a very pathetic leader.

What shocks me is how calm and compliant parents are in states where teachers are talking inappropriately about LGBTQ topics to their kids.

I would be literally in prison if I found out someone talked to my kids like that.

What happened to our society where parents just allow this?

87 counties in Minnesota, and only 13 all metro counties voted for Walz! Let that sink in😡😡

Remember Walz was not active duty for 24 years. He was a reservist. Period. Weekend warriors.

Not only did he let Minneapolis burn to the ground he then told the rest of us WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. My life has been shit since 2020 and it's his fault. I live in Austin MN 4 house's down from me 2 Somalians murdered a man. Our jail is full of them I'm too scared to leave my house at dark and it hasn't always been that way 2017 2018 2019 I could leave my car unlocked now I can't walk out to that car after dark

Every time I listen to Justice Gorsuch speak extemporaneously, I am more impressed with his knowledge and wisdom.

Megyn-I think I remember President Trump offering help to the Governor of Minnesota during the Floyd riots--and the help was rejected.

I wasn’t going to vote, because I felt it was pointless. Aka, no choice, didn’t like either candidate. Voting now for Trump, never thought those words would leave my lips.

It's decision time folks. Do you want Capitalism or Socialism? One of them has been successful for 250 years. The other has failed every time it's been tried.

I'm an American Jewish veteran. When you sign up for 6 years, you do 6 years. There is no choice of "Oh, JK. I want to go home early." WTF? Who allowed him to do that? The only way to leave service early is if you are medically discharged or if you're kicked out. Which one was it for Tim Walz?

The interview with Justice Gorsuch was enlightening. A wise choice for a Justice.
