Skyrim - Firestorm

Been wanting to show a friend the casting animation of firestorm and I found the perfect chance to do so against this dragon. I had the upper hand on the dragon though cause of Lydia tanking it.

@gn00286372 Oh I meant 100. My bad. Once you get 100 in Destruction you'll get a conversation that goes something like "What else is there to be learned about Destruction magic?" and choose that and do the quest with the book to get it. Check on the wiki for the quest Destruction Ritual Spell if you need a walkthrough on it.

You get Fire Storm by achieving level 100 Destruction and then talking to Faralda in the College of Winterhold (usually found in the Hall of Countenance). She will give you a book called 'Powers of the Elements', which contains a riddle, once you solve the riddle and take the book to the right place, another riddle with appear and so on. After you solve the last riddle, you automatically learn Fire Storm.

I'm not sure about Blizzard Storm.
