Skyrim : How to get the Master Destruction Spells ( Quest / Ritual / Book Power Of The Elements )

- First, travel to Windward Ruins, south-west of Dawnstar. In the ruins there will be a pedestal, when activated the book will place itself on the stand. Casting a Fire spell at the pedestal (not the book) will trigger another page of text to appear after picking the book back up. This time giving slightly less vague directions to ruins in the south of Skyrim near the Throat of the World.

- Second, travel to North Skybound Watch, on the south-western edge of the Throat of the World south-east of Riverwood. If you have not already discovered the location, it is easiet to get there by starting at Helgen and going north. After placing the book, this time cast an ice spell at the pedestal before picking the book up. The next page directs you to a location near Karthspire.

- Third, travel to Four Skull Lookout, east of Markarth and just south of Karthwasten and north of Sky Haven Temple. This time place the book and cast a lightning spell at the pedestal.
Finally, take the book back and then go to your inventory and read it. This awards you with the Destruction spell Firestorm and more text in the book, this time a grim-sounding message from Shalidor.

- Blizzard and Lightning Storm spell books are now available for purchase from Faralda in the College of Winterhold, both with a base price of around 3,000 septims.

Maybe add a location to your video as to where you actually need to go on the map, because now I have to go to to Google first to find out where Windward Ruins are.

well my gears are enchanted with 25% less cost destruction which makes 100% less cost, so i dont need no magicka to realease kamekameha which means i can cast it it infinitely

I've gotten really far in destruction but not quite master, i already knew the locations and the spells but i just love the spells so much, and sadly you can't have a follower with you when you cast it since it will harm them and possibly kill them.

when u casted the blizzard spell i said "isnt there enough blizzards in winterhold!?!?!"

unless you developed your enchanting skill aswell, that way every spell you cast will only need 3% of its original value in magicka.
you enchant ring circlet and necklace with fortify destruction so as to put 25% less when casting destruction spells on each one and voilá

check my the main entrance by bridge, if nothing, beat mage questline then go the the living quarters to the right upon entering college and check all rooms every hour

@SavageR3ApZ why? just ignore the quest from Esbern. It has nothing to do with this quest. If you kill paarthurnax the greybeards will ignore you, if you you dont kill him blades will ignore you. It has NOTHING to do with this quest.

you need to have the rite level of destruction skill as in adept or expert, than you should be able to buy spells from the court wizard in one of the towns, or talk to faralda at the collage of winterhold.
