Best Starter Base Layout and Location in Palworld

That is a great spot as it has wood, stone, paldium, barries and an ore node if you position your base right and get a level 2 miner. I like Tombat early game.

Notes:
my man the crusher is something I'm always using to make paldium. It's needed for so many things in game! So I start stocking up from the start. It also can convert souls and make fiber if you are short.

Base position. I generally prefer not to build over the water and I aim to inclued the ore node so i dont have my box as close to the water. You can build over the water now which is nice by using the columns but i find they can be tricky to see the ghosts in the water at times.

Early game there are a few other places i like. Given how easy to level and unlock wood and stone pit i prioritize places with ore and better yet ore and coal. The coal includive spots will be more mid game but if you are willing to gamble there are some in the regions north of Azurobe and Patallia bosses. Also you can place a base on the sanctuary.... risky but doable 😊

Pegulet is one of my fav catches iearly game as it gives both ice organ and pal fluid plus is a good base worker and combat pal

Your Cativas are a pal i usually put in my party early for the carry weight boost they give. They are also decent at combat and a good early game base worker. LOL i had one Cativa i called Calvin Clutch that obliterated the first 3 bosses with me - not bred just wild caught with up to medium souls and i think 3 stars of condensation.
