The reason it does that is because it automatically queues up a base for you in case you decide to switch, really nice quality of life feature.

I used to calculate this on the basis of the movements of the heroes. As soon as they start moving you can instantly find your next search.

This has increased my efficiency in farming. Having not to wait for the clouds and forcing yourself to scan a base whether it has enough loot and worth it under 2 seconds is very efficient.

Did you know: on builder base battle, if u click a troop for like 5 second it would show you where that troop is on the map. Pretty cool feature

It doesn't work everytime. Sometimes it search even at 25 sec, might depend on the connection.
