I've been making my own toothpaste for years. It changed my entire life. I'm confident I will die with the same teeth in my head 😊 50% baking soda 50% coconut oil little bit of spearmint oil sometimes cinnamon only a drop of clove cuz it's very strong

I'm 57 and have always used baking soda!! My teeth are in great shape, and I go to the dentist 2 a year, and they brag on my teeth. They say you have the best oral hygiene ❤!! Baking soda is great!!!

Dr Gundry has recommended using extra virgin olive oil for mouthwash and for brushing teeth.
1] brush teeth and\or mouthwash with extra virgin olive oil. Costco Kirkland brand extra virgin olive oil is my go-to for cooking, salad dressing and Dental Care.
2] hydroxyapatite toothpaste
Nano Hydroxyapatite toothpaste( is the brand and doctor I first learned about this). There is lots of research on this.
This slso has Xylitol which help prevents and in some cases reverse cavities. Xylitol is also a good non-sugar sweetener.

We're supposed to rinse our mouths when we rinse. Baking soda is abrasive. I use it every once in while.

If you just wet your toothbrush put it in a glass of baking soda and brush your teeth for a minute every day for a month your teeth will look so bright you could never imagine. The trick is to be consistent and do it every day.

i feel baking soda is too abrasive and can greatly damage the enamel over time so i will just stick to my basic toothpaste
