Doesn't whiten them per se, it just creates the optical illusion through colour neutralizing. You can make your teeth look greener if you find the right colour combo lol

Walmart Equate 14 day strips are the best! I've used gel trays they make teeth sensitive, lights are a waste of money etc.
I've used equate strips up to 3 hrs @ a time no sensitivity at all and have whitened my teeth perfectly!!!

Purple and yellow cancel each other out basically, when you mix them they create silver as they are opposites

My dentist told me that he prefers purple serums although they do not whiten (only by optical effect) compared to peroxide bleaching that damages his enamel. Just understand that it is indeed like the shampoo that yellows the hair, the effect fades over time. For the teeth it’s the same.
