I have two super small bumps at the top and they feel spongey they one feels hard but actually just feels spongey I went to the doc 2 months ago and the doctor said it was normal and she felt it and she said it felt normal. From the research I have it’s appendix teste cause they’re small and on the top and cancer happens on the bottom but I have been hit in the balls from baseball so it’s probably because of that and I think I have had this for a long time .
