I had a question, can small testicles cause infertility? I am 32 years old, I got married in July 2019, but so far I have not been able to have children. I have been diagnosed with small testicles, which is why they say you can't have children at all. Can small testicles cause infertility? If the testicle is small, no sperm at all?

Another question patients should ask is do the lump in the testicle suffocates the testicle? How is it dangerous so, why would the lump cause sharp pain? Like if it’s not cancerous would it be pain still? Or do pain come from a cancerous lump

I have two small bumps at the top they are very small and hurt when I move them they feel spongey like a third teste. Doc said it was normal she’s very trusted she diagnosed me with pneumonia. The bumps are on the front or side because front or side is usually cancer and I have no other symptoms

Sir, can you tell where does testicular cancer tumor grow. I mean does testicular cancer tumors grow on top of testicle or side of testicle.
Is there a chance that lumps on top of a testicle are cancerous?

I'm 15 years old pushing 16 next year, I have a small rice grain hard lump on my right testicle beneath the epididymis, I have no symptoms of testicular cancer so far and has already had my testicles checked in the doctor but there was no lump that time, I've have this lump for around 1-2 months I reckon and it hasn't gone bigger, and it doesn't have an irregular shape, any answers would be appreciated, I'm quite worried and nervous watching all these videos, do i get it checked or not? the more i look it up, the more i start overthinking.

update: wow its been a year since i wrote this, turns out it was just a cyst which I don’t think is correct, i believe it’s a benign tumour. If the tumour grows then it could either be a cyst or a malignant tumour (cancer), please get it checked out even if it isn’t growing

Hey guys need some advice and words, I’m 17 I have noticed a small lump in my right testicle for several years but ignored it/was scared and ignorant. It’s a little longer but less wide than something like a pea. Recently I’ve noticed a bit of a dull ache in that testicle and the lower groin and stomach around it, ima have to get the courage to check it out.
