If you want the popcorn to start popping faster you should let the oil heat up first. To check if it heated up enough, you should put the pointy side of a toothpick in the oil, if the oil heated up enough then there should be a tiny bit of bubbles coming up from the toothpick

Just a tip for oreo brownies the amount of ingredients is all up to u i prefer adding a lil white chocolate in the middle so it melts and i NEVER put it for more than a minute I always put it less sometimes 1min if the ingredients are a lot thats why it might've turned burned and it dries when u leave it
