When I play as a catcher in baseball I am pretty new to im still trying to overcome the fear of bieng hit with the bat as the batter swings how do I overcome that fear?

Hey! I love watching your videos, and I was just wondering. I'm a 13 year old I don't pitch but when I try to throw from 3rd to 1st or even long toss it kills my elbow for days. So I started throwing sidearm because it doesn't hurt as much but I can't throw as hard or far. Do you have any advice?
