You're not concern about Diversity or hiring people of certain Ethnic groups. You're only concerned about filling a diversity slate (AKA Compliance guidelines). Using Hispanics and Africans to interview, so you can move forward and hire only Whites, Indians and Asians to meet your quota. Especially for Recruiting and Sourcer roles. You're only pushing "Diversity" now because you were called out.
