so many people blindly spend money on supplements without realizing that most of them are either ineffective or even harmful. the breakdown of synthetic vs whole food sources makes so much sense - it's crazy how much marketing hype influences what we think we need.

Thank You Ryan. It's as if you read my mind! I was thinking the other day that although channels like Dr Gundry and Dr Berg are invaluable and generous with their knowledge, they are out of touch sometimes. They recommend supplements that are high end, they cost 6 hours of wages for one months supply. Then Dr Berg made a really useful video where he outlined foods that are worth consuming even if low end e.g if you can't afford organic, pasture raised eggs, it is still worth consuming eggs that are cheaper as opposed to not consuming them at all. Then there were other foods that he recommended leaving out if the organic alternatives were too expensive and gave a cheaper alternative food though it may contain less of the vitamin and mineral than the original. Can you please do a similar type video? Your vitamin E video was very useful to me, when you suggested getting sustainable palm oil, as it was more economical then the other options.

There is a company tests for lead, arsenic, cadmium in foods. Their tests proved high in contaminates for the prenatal and children's type I was taking. So I quit the organic garden type, switched to another. Breads, toothpastes, cereals are also high. I was shocked by their findings. I have not researched the company, but they do have links on amazon to purchase test kits and send in for testing to same lab they use. Be safe, take care. It's a shame the companies aren't required to test the products.

I have been prescribed Magnesium Oxide 400mg for my Cardiac management, I have been on/off this medication for the last 5 years due to other health issues. I also been given Vitamin D3 for health issues with a Probiotic.
