THANKS FOR WHATCHING ❤️

In this video I explain some teachings that the Stoics left us through time, these teachings according to the oldest Stoics help anyone who does not feel purposeful in life.

The Stoics were the representatives of a philosophical trend that arose in Ancient Greece around the 3rd century BC and that continued to exist for many centuries. The name comes from the Greek “stóa”, the portico where the founder of Stoicism, Zeno of Citium, taught (around the years 336-264 BC). The history of Stoicism is divided into three periods: the old "stóa" (its most famous thinker was Chrysippus, years 281-207 before our era), the middle "stóa" and the new. At the time of the Roman Empire, the "stóa" (new), with its preference for ethics and moral problems, which characterizes it, is represented by Seneca (around the years 2-65), Epictetus (around the years 50-138) and Marcus Aurelius (121-180). The Stoics divided philosophy into logic, physics, and ethics.
