I made the same build but the xt card and it was $575 roughly but my grandma paid for the gpu so I paid $375 for this build and it is perfect for average daily gaming. 🤩

Thanks dude I have been building PC's for over 20 years. My last personal build was 12 years ago, and its still runs games today (yes I have added RAM and upgraded the video card several times). Just order parts for my new gaming rig. Thanks for the tips and the video tutorial is awesome, because like I said my last build was 12 years ago. Keep up the good work.

Exactly 1 year ago I built my first PC thanks to your videos. And today I was able to help my cousin build his first PC thanks again to you. I appreciate your patience bro. I hope you have an amazing Christmas ❤❤

Really like the video and will be watching your other ones to build my pc. However, I think it would be a nice addition at the end of the video to include parts to upgrade for future performance. Many of us are doing this on a budget but it would be cool to know your recommendation on a cpu or gpu upgrade. We could reference when we have more funds laying around. Thanks again

I just built my first pc yesterday and I was using your recent previous $500 build as a guide for how to do things. It's incredible how you're able to be as detailed as possible and get straight to the point as you do in your videos. Keep these coming man, you're helping many of us and you don't even know it. Cheers

Great video, and thanks for proving to people (especially the younger folks) that you don’t need to drop a ton of money to get a great PC! It’s not a competition, it’s about building what makes sense for your needs. I’ve been building my own for almost 30 years and have always made practical choices and had great luck. I think I’m on my 6th PC now (just built one a few weeks ago).

Can I change the 6600 for a 6600xt without changing the power supply?

Been watching you for years Joey. The budget 1060 video was the deal starter for me. I remember the days when I used to binge your videos everyday wondering when I would get a gpu for my then I3 with a gt 1030. Ah those were the days. Now, I'm rocking a 3070 with a r5 but I would've never thought I would be gaming in a rtx forget 1060 xd. Anyways the journey was awesome as he'll and I just wanted to let you know. Congrats for 1 Mil in advance. Feels just like yesterday when you were nearing 90k subs. You've come very far and seems like u also changed The name to crater. If it weren't for your astronaut pfp, I never would've recognjsed it was you. Ah how I used to eat dinner while listening to your chill voice, building a i5 9400f budget build. Anyways wish you good for the journey ahead. Peace ✌

is psu 550w sufficient for this build?

This is a very solid build list for those of you that prefer to shop with Amazon instead of Newegg. Easier returns with amazon compared to other stores if any of the parts you buy have any random issues.

Any other options for the power supply that might be a little more expensive but much better?

Joey, have you ever thought of building a secret PC? Like I mean just for fun of course. I mean if you aren’t getting sponsored by the brands, you should consider a build in which you remove all logos and explain price without showing the brand name for the parts. Then do the whole benchmark etc and eventually surprise everyone with all the parts used. If you were able to pick up the parts for super good deals that would really make it interesting. Idk just a suggestion. Again, great video, glad you are back. Hope all is well with you, your family.
