I tried to benchmark but then my gtx 1650 gave out and i guess started to heat up because it was so loud and the display turned off

Percentile usually works by scoring your PC against others with the same specs. So out of 100 PC’s identical to yours, only 20 performed better. It is not a comparison to other builds with higher or lower specs.

If you use UserBenchmark they explain the scoring a little better and will show you percentiles for each component and give a brief summary.

I think there should be one like passmark definitely, but instead of just testing each individual part. It does that, and then at the end, it tests all of them together and then gives you a bottleneck read out.
