About:
After his parents' death in a plane crash in Wakanda, Hunter was adopted by King T'Chaka. Being a white foreigner, Hunter was viewed with suspicion and even contempt by the cautious Wakandans. Despite this, he developed a true love for Wakanda as one of his adopted homeland's staunchest patriots. Hunter knew he would never ascend to the throne with T'Challa as the true heir and, feeling cheated, developed a deep jealousy for T'Challa. He drove himself to be the best Wakandan possible in an attempt to upstage his adopted brother. It was this fervor that led to the previous Black Panther appointing Hunter as leader of the Hatut Zeraze (the secret police of Wakanda) where he became known as the White Wolf.

When the current Black Panther disbanded the Hatut Zeraze due to their brutality, White Wolf and his loyal subordinates left Wakanda to work as mercenaries. Though resentful of this situation, White Wolf still harbored a love for his adopted home country, and thus tempered his resentment of Black Panther to aid their country when needed, serving as an ally of sorts to Kasper Cole, a temporary Black Panther.

Hunter became displeased that T'Challa abdicated the throne of Wakanda in order to protect Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan (T'Challa's goal was to test himself after recent losses and Matt Murdock needed time to heal after recent events). In retaliation, he killed some people in order to take the Black Panther mantle from T'Challa. When Black Panther defeated White Wolf, he was told that Wakanda has no place for murderers. During the "Empyre" storyline, White Wolf and the Hatut Zeraze appeared among the Wakandans that fought the Cotati. They were seen to the south of Khartoum, fighting the Cotati archers who attacked that location.

I think they could end up developing Bucky into the White Wolf persona, but I don't think they will give him a Wakandan battle suit. At least not one looking anyone like the Panther suit. Even after FAWS, Bucky still has a hard time seeing himself as a good person, so he will probably have to be influenced more by the Wakandans, or another positive influence that finally breaks his shell. I think his suit, if he gets one, will likely be more military style, function over form, and if made by Wakandans, will be their version of a military uniform rather than an alt art version of the BP suit.

Personally I think that Marvel has done a fabulous job of making these comic book characters into movies and they have not failed at all. the only people that are failing are the haters they're failing because they fail to realize the dedication of Marvel fans. But I think what's going to happen in the white wolf story is Queen Shuri, because of her close for relationship to Bucky will give him and make for him the suit that he needs to become the white wolf so that he can effectively lead the Thunderbolts. And I love Marvel I grew up reading the comics but I did not know about the white wolf and that it was an actual character more recently created. But I think again I'm going to repeat Marvel has done a fabulous job and all the haters just are hating because they never really read any of the Marvel comics they're cleaning to love. And you have to remember a majority of haters out there of the movies and TV shows are paid to hate

I sincerely hope that, somewhere in the MCU braintrust, some form of this will occur with a White Wolf movie. A solo film all about Bucky and his story arc to be gifted an advanced White Wolf Wakandan Black Panther-esque Vibranium armor, crafted by Shiri and gifted by her as ruler of Wakanda and as Black Panther. Along with a dose of her newly restored heart-shaped herb. This would finish his full transformation into a new high-power level hero as the super-soldier treatment he receieved as the Winter Soldier would be greatly augmented by this combination. Bucky was taken in by the Wakandan royal family, nurtured, and healed much like the baby in the original White Wolf comic storyline, so this merging and morphing of two storyline together in a solo White Wolf movie would make sense and fulfil the tantalizing promise of referring to Bucky as "The White Wolf" in the MCU canon, already. Bucky deserves this, as does Sebastian Stan. As do we.

All of what you said is accurate but I still want Hunter as the white wolf the family dynamic is something we won't get if it's Bucky. Will he work yes absolutely but the intricacies of the royal family and how it works and plays out will be lost. Also it's bad enough you killed Ramona and if you don't bring back T' Challa which I hope you do. Suri is by herself and it would be nice if she had at least one of her brothers with her
