Our case is 17 months in and according to the site it’s within normal processing times until 2/2024 therefore, I couldn’t submit an inquiry online 😩. However, I called and the agent said for the California service center 15 months is normal processing for K-1 so we are technically outside of the normal processing time. The agent submitted the inquiry for me. The response came really quickly but didn’t provide much information just said the case is being adjudicated😭. The site still says case received. No updates, No RFE, nothing. Thank you for the info.
