I don't think you can say that it is a 10% improvement because the decibel scale is logarithmic. I should probably go to sleep.

-112dB to -104 dB isn't a 10% improvement in signal strength.
8dB difference is equal to 10^(8dB/10)= 6.3 times the power received.

Its not just a small amount, the number you see is in dBm (decibelmilliwatt), going from -114 to -102 is actually a 6 times higher signal strength (its logarithmic)

This reminds me of a crazy story. In 7th grade on my iPhone 4s my best friend and I were skiing and we had takes a break inside. The signal was barely bearable. I wanted to show him this YouTube video but it wouldn't load. But, it started loading when I accidentally touched my antennae line on my phone to a coke can by me and the video started to load. So I ended up using the can as a bigger antenna to load the video.

The numerical signal strength is for voice, not data bandwidth. The speed test just tests the bandwidth.

For the best clap, when you slap your dominant hand down upon the other hand, you need your dominant hands' fingers need to be just below the the webs of the non-dominant hand starting with your index finger between your thumb and other index finger. Your knuckles on your dominant hand should line up with the start of the bottom of your palm.

LOL those numbers are dbm, not decimal, so 10 increased dbm means 10X more received power in mW so not 10% haha
