Eye opening for me, about creating chords from only 1 note, hands down !

However, these simple and basic minor / major chords are not that breathtaking.
Please point me to a vid of you that shows more "exotic" chord building from only 1 note and the theory behind that.

You are right man I've seen it work. But the backlash comes from how you worded it in my opinion. It does sound dumb when u say make a chord from one note seeing as that's the exact opposite from a chord by DEFINITION! BUT when you say i will show you how to make chords STARTING with or FROM any note then it makes more sense. Especially when you're considering as you said, , people who have gone to school or took lessons etc.

11:33 to 11:55 you're wrong. That's a minor chord my dude. You making that f# a major chord, is chromatically inaccurate. I'm surprised you didn't hear the tonal error when you played it.
