I don't like discuss on any topic. Because I personally think that if we don't have any information about given topic. Then nobody can speak on it. At that time it doesn't matter you are fluent or not.

I've a question for learning language, if we wanna learn any language then we must need a partner, I'm curious to learn English language and I'm still learning but I'm not that much perfect speaker how the native speakers, I wanna be fluent but nobody is around me for practice English and I really wanna be as native speakers in my fluency. Now I don't know what to do to get a fluent partner for my language, please help me ma'am.
