FRICTION - STATIC, SLIDING or KINETIC and ROLLING | Explained in HINDI

In this Physics video lecture in Hindi for class 11 and IIT JEE we explained friction and its types. Basically, friction is of three types, viz., static friction, kinetic or sliding friction and rolling friction. Friction is an electromagnetic force acting between surfaces of two bodies in contact and it reduces or tends to reduce the relative motion of those two bodies. When there is no any relative motion, the friction is known as static friction. When a body slides over another one, the friction acting there is known as sliding or kinetic friction. When a body rolls over another one, the friction acting there is known as rolling friction.
Any of the above mentioned frictional forces is equal to the product of the coefficient of friction (say, coefficient of static friction or coefficient of sliding friction or coefficient of rolling friction, whatever the case may be.) and the normal reaction.
Static frictional force is a self adjusting force.
Frictional force does not depend upon the area in contact.
We also saw that static friction is greater than kinetic friction and kinetic friction is greater than rolling friction.

Nice explaination 👍👍

If we say that friction does not depend upon the area of contact of two bodies.
The how we explain that rolling friction is less than sliding friction.

Sir, you told us that friction always resists motion and acts in the opposite direction of the applied force but in case of Uniform circular motion (In a Turning motion of a car the Centripetal force is supplied by the Road on the car )or In case of banking motion the component of the Static frictional force between the road and the tires helps to move in the forward direction .Why?? is this because Force always acts in Pairs??So although the object is experiencing a frictional force opposite to its direction of motion simultaneously an equal and opposite force of friction acts in the forward direction applied by the road on the object as a reaction ??

I am unable to understand why rolling friction is less than sliding friction? Or I can say why sliding a ball is difficult than rolling ?
