This is great. I have a question for you. I’m a senior golfer that has had 2 back surgeries. I get injured a lot when I start these type of routines. I bought a sliding bench trainer (Total Gym) to lessen some impact. Do you have any exercises that use this type of equipment. Great content!

For a junior golfer how often each week do you recommend? And could this be combined with weight training 2 x’s per week or not yet? He’s 12…

20 110 degree squats and break neck pace = zero squats. good ideas poor execution, the rows where not to the ribs and too fast as well.
