A simple marketing strategy THAT ACTUALLY WORKS!

I've got a bare basics marketing strategy that I first used when I started my business and often resort back too when life gets a little overwhelming.
I call it the triangle method, mainly because I can't think of anything more exciting, but it WORKS and that my friends is more important than a pithy name, right? 😄

Thank you, thank you. I’ve got myself some action points (rather than just the ARGH! I had) and I’m going to get down to rose gold tacks (brass is so trashy, don’t you think?). Thank you for simplifying it down to basics, because marketing can just all get a bit much sometimes when you’re doing it all on your own. I thought I knew marketing, but I think it’s a different beast when you have a marketing manager to hand off to (ah, the good old days).

I just started putting myself online and I got to get way better at that but making a mailing list is something I didn't even think of. I'm gonna add that one.. I have made a website during the lockdowns and I have an Instagram for my photography also an Etsy shop which is doing nothing 😴 . Looking for ideas

Etsy is great for marketing and getting my new business out there. But I wonder if I could do the same strategy and just replace Etsy with my actual website.🤔 Then the triangle will consist of my site, Instagram(social media) and mailing lists.

Thinking about the mailing list thing, but then how would I collect the addresses... a splash or interstitial page from my IG profile? Occasionally Etsy customers volunteer their email, but I've never asked them for it.
